Attenborough spot welding transformation robot loading and unloading
1. LIGENTrobot intends to be responsible for the robot body and supporting equipment manufacturing, installation, and debugging of the robot body and turnkey project for the spot welding processing robot loading and unloading project of Attenborough Elevator Jiangsu Co., Ltd., as well as the training and sales of post-maintenance robot-related personnel.

Party A provides the site, power supply, gas source and related personnel, etc., and Party B is responsible for providing the automation equipment and debugging of the entire production line.

The robot places the processed door panel semi-finished products on the spot welding workbench. The LIGENT SK10-1440 robot places the door panel reinforcement ribs and guide grooves on the door panel. The rotating compression cylinder fixes the reinforcement ribs and guide grooves at the door panel welding position. The traction and transplanting mechanism moves the door panel to the spot welding station. After the spot welding station is processed, the LIGENT robot carries out blanking and palletizing to complete the entire processing process.
