Manual disassembly and loading of materials to conveyor belt
1.After the workpiece is in place
2.Rotating vision tracking, robot 1 grabs the fixture to grab the product, takes it out and places it on the deburring workbench
3.Angle cylinder fixes the workpiece
4.Robot 2 rotates the axis to the robot grinding head to remove gate burrs and opens the cylinder
5.Robot 2 rotating axis cylinder grabs product, removes and places sand core machine
6.Cycle through the above process
Control method:
1. The loading table is controlled by PLC alone.
2. The robot only communicates with devices related to the upper and lower parts and receives signals.
3. Each robot position equipment is controlled by the robot, including the sand core removal machine.
System main power supply: three-phase four-wire system, voltage: AC 380V±10%, frequency: 50Hz, capacity: 10KVA
Working pressure: not less than 0.6Mpa, flow rate: not less than 0.5 cubic meters/min

a. Temperature: 0-45℃
b. Humidity: usually 20%~75%RH (no condensation), short-term 95%RH or less (no condensation)
c. Vibration: below 4.9 m/s2(0.5G)
d. Ground load: 7t/m2
e. Total grounding resistance value: no more than 1 Ω
f. No hidden dangers from flammable, explosive or corrosive gases or liquids
