The solution establishes a fully automated production process, featuring core components such as a custom LIGENT vibratory feeder, a six-axis industrial robot, and a dual-gripper fixture to achieve integrated operations from automatic loading to unloading and palletizing. The dual-gripper fixture employs a synchronized dual-pneumatic-finger design, enabling flexible adaptation to workpieces of various specifications; the custom vibratory feeder ensures stable and consistently oriented material discharge. The core six-axis robot has a wrist payload of 6 kg and is equipped with high-quality brand-name components, fully ensuring the stability of equipment operation and the precision of tasks.

The project implements a two-tier acceptance process—pre-acceptance and final acceptance—with rigorous testing across multiple dimensions, including equipment configuration and continuous operation capabilities, to ensure effective implementation. Additionally, we provide customers with three days of on-site technical training covering robot teaching and programming, as well as troubleshooting, to help them quickly master equipment operation. Regarding after-sales service, a 12-month warranty is provided following final acceptance, covering free repairs and part replacements during the warranty period. An efficient emergency response mechanism is established, guaranteeing a response within 2 hours and on-site resolution within 4 hours. Even after the warranty expires, free online guidance and discounted spare parts remain available.

The solution also specifies standardized production environment requirements, ensuring seamless integration with the client’s site through comprehensive considerations of power supply, air pressure, temperature, and humidity, thereby enabling rapid production launch.
